Caldwell County Court Ordered Payments

 

CALDWELL COUNTY COURT ORDERED PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Payments must be submitted to probation and the Court SEPARATELY.  Do not mail both payments to one address.

 

CALDWELL Payment Instructions:

 

Payments are due on the 10th of each month, follow your payment plan.   We accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks, or credit cards ONLY; No cash or checks please.  Credit card payments are accepted for probation payments only.  Please see details below.

 

Probation/Court payments must be mailed separately to the locations below.

 

If you desire a receipt, you must mail a self addressed stamped envelope.  You MUST include

your cause # on your payments to receive proper credit.  Payments made to the District Clerk's office without a cause number will result in additional charges to your account for "payment processing".   Your Cause number is at the top of your conditions of probation and it acts as your

account number for payments.

*If you are on probation or under supervision for any Theft or Fraud offense or if you have a

special condition prohibiting the use of a credit card, you may not use this on-line payment option. 

 

You will be charged a convenience fee to your credit card for using this option
